RAP-11 Hardener for Epoxy Primer
Characteristic: Special hardener for Epoxy primer,very fast hardening,good adhesive ability
Match with	Epoxy primer:RAP10 Thinner:RAP-3 fast drying,RAP-1 standard,RAP-2 slow drying
Mixing Ratio (by volume)	Epoxy Primer(RAP10):3 parts  hardener( RAP-11) 1  part    Thinner 1-2parts
Viscosity	30±10S/25ºC
Using	mix with paint,and add thinner to mix
Remarks	can not mix with other primer and topcoat
Shelf Life	2 years since the production date if sealed and kept in a cool and dry place

For oxidized iron and cast iron, shot blasted sa2.5 class with roughness of 30-75 um,or acid wash oxidized par, then get rid of rust.
It is recommended to bake at 60-70ºC for 30 minutes when temperature is below 10ºC for better curing of paint film.
Choose right hardener and thinner to avoid poor curing of paint film.
