#RAP50 1K BINDER( MXING RESIN)
The purpose:1k binder specially designed for "Rapicoat" silver basecoat to speed up the air drying of film, can adjust 1k autobase viscosity and density,to help aluminium flake, pearl pigment orientation and to improve the metallic effect.

mixing ratio		1.Addition of RAP50 binder to 1K metallic basecoat is 15-40% of total volume. 2.For 1K silver white or other light-color metallic basecoat, it is recommended to use no less than 25% #RAP50 binder. When painting silver, add 40% #RAP50 binder into the paint. 3.In 3-stage pearl colors, add 50-70% RAP50 binder into the Pearls accordingly. 4.For basecoat colors with low opacity, such as red pearl colors, addition of #RAP50 binder should be less than 15% so as not to affect the hiding power of the paint.
