RAP-60 2K Binder

General description:
Designed for 2K solid paint, used for mixing two-component solid color tinters series, in order to obtain good fullness, leveling and gloss, can also be used as dilute the concentration of solid color tinters.

Characteristic:
Clear and transparent liquid.
Good miscibility, easy to mix together with solid color tinters.
Full & excellent brightness.
Dry fast & good leveling.
Excellent weather resistance, resistance to yellowing, excellent performance of lasting film.

Usage:  
To dilute the concentration of 2K paint, in order to get more fullness & luster.

Application parameters:
Mixing ratio:  0 ~ 20% of the solid color tinters, or by formula, mixing completely before application
Pot Life: 4 hours @ 20 ºC
Spraying gun: Gravity type: 1.2-1.5 mm; Siphon feed: 1.2-1.7 mm          

• Spray pressure: 3-5 kg / Square centimeter
• Spray method: two coats of single or double spray or three single spray, gun distance: 15-20cm
• Flash-off time: 10-15 minutes @ 20 ºC / each coat
• Drying time: dust free time: 30 minutes @ 20 ºC;

handling time: 24 hours @ 20 ºC or 1 hour @ 60 ºC

Note: do not add the mixing clearcoat if the hiding power of the paint is not very good

Shelf life: 3 years in original sealed
